We have plenty of inside weapons with Tyler, Chism, Williams and Negedu..possible a return from Childress, Jurick and Woolridge. THe key to next season is how the team gels with the new guards and swing players ie. Maze, West, Hopson, Tatum, Tabb and Prince. Lots of new faces and inexperience in the back court.
The front court has experience, size and depth...the back court needs experience--hopefully this will happen before we get into SEC play.

C-Lo is the best Vol to play the game....he struggled a little this year but I think we can understand...this guy will kill it in the NBA if given the chance. We love you C-Lo you are the man!

Vol fans,
I told you it would come from overated. The broken record is playing with how runner up is so awesome and the should've,could've stories. I got news for you (mempusstenn) Winning 100 games in the CUSA doesn't put you in elite status...keep looking through those blue sunglasses and we will keep spanking your arse (7 out of 9). Get a life, tgirls...you hang out on our site, even though we whip you every year in your beloved sport.

mempuss fans,
If you want a little respect from Bruce and the Big Orange Nation then beat us. Its hard to respect and talk highly about your "whipping post". Two in a row and 7 out of 9.
Really, how can you expect Bruce to talk highly about your little program when he has owned you since arriving in Knoxville.

Don't love on him too much UT_LAW; he will turn on his broken record about how runner up is better than Champion. Plus all the would'ves, could, ves and should'ves.

Over,
Don't forget about the 23,000 Rocky Top Rowdies--It will become a reality for you...when you'll come to visit TBA and take your yearly spanking from the VOLS!

The question is does Negedu want to be a big fish in a small pond (Memphis and CUSA) or does he want to be a Big Fish in a Big Pond ( Tenn and the SEC). Hopefully, he wants to be a part of the latter.

After reading some of Negedu's quotes, I would be surprised if he signs with Memphis. Unless he is promised the world, starting time, clothes, cars and etc. Negedu should be signing with the Vols next week. Its a much better fit: learning from Pearl, playing with Tyler and Chism...this kid will probably play about 20 to 25 minutes a game next season, be a part of another SEC championship team and possible a Final Four run. Oh yea, did I mention that he would be playing in front of 23,000 Rocky Top Rowdies on national TV almost every night. Come on Negedu, sign with THE BIG ORANGE!

typical mempuss fans. "We are the best and runner ups" Now that is funny.
Mark it down. It is June 11th and mempuss is still whinning and crying on our site. It must really hurt when you think you are the best and admit that you are runner ups both in the state and nationally. Three months later---you are still crying. Get use to it, mempuss!
NEGEDU COME AND JOIN THE BIG ORANGE!

Fritter,
Lets first give this kid a chance under CBP's coaching, before you throw him away or write him off. I'm sure that Phillip Jurick and Coach Pearl would greatly appreciate your assistance.
Who would of thought that Brian Williams would have contributed like he did last year??? Jurick will do just fine his first year as a role player and will be able to provide a little more depth and toughness. I will trust Bruce and staff with this kid---they seem to have a knack for finding raw talent and molding them to fit their system.
GO VOLS!
