Great opportunity.

Also, UT connection at Ohio.

Former UT running back Jay Graham recently left UTM as the RB coach and accepted a job with Frank Solich at Ohio.

VolCR,

The President crack was a joke. George W. had a DUI and is now president.
I would hate for folks to judge me for things that happened in my life when I was 20.

tngeoff,
I had not heard that. Thanks. Is that good?

Even if he does become President one day, it's still not smart. If that wasn't a one sided public flogging than you must also believe Cooter could be QB coach which is absurd.

Why?

VolCR,

I have no argument with you but will say that DennisVols is my friend and I have the utmost respect for him. He is passionate about Tennessee football and is a virtual almanac of true and quantifiable information. Now, that being said, about Jim Bob Cooter, simply amplifying Coach Fulmers own glowing testimonial to Jim Bob makes him appear as someone who MAY, just as a coach from Richmond MAY be capable of filling a particular role. Could Jim Bob Cooter fill the role of quarterbacks coach? He certainly knows our system and plays backwards and forewards. His career included coaching from proclaimed great quarterback development specialist, Coach Cutcliffe. Does that mean that we (Dennis and I) urge that hire? In a word...no. It means, as a topic of discussion, it has an interesting value. Lighten up on Dennis. He's a really good guy.
---------

That's good stuff. I don't understand why Jim Bob Cooter is being roasted. It seems to me that he is pursuing a positive course for his life's work.

I see DennisVols has given up as he has no response to my last few posts. Don't let this public and one-sided flogging by me keep you from commenting. I admire you for your effort.

Was public.
Was not one-sided.
I admire your lack of humility.

Our football program is headed to the toilet the same way the housing market has headed to the toilet. If you don't see it your blind, sorry.
