Bruce is certainly not going anywhere for a while, just not him to leave when his first real class are just sophmores, and steven is a freshman. but mike hamilton needs to get his checkbook out and give bruce what he is worth.
bruce has put literally millions of $ in the athletic dept since his arrival, mr hamilton has a lot more money to pay him with now !!

and pat needs a raise also !!!

i endorse kevin stallings for indiana.

On Packer: Peterson proud of recruits leading Vols

it's not just that the pumpkin has player running wild and embrassing the team and the university on a routine basis. in case anyone has noticed they get less and less competitive every year. in his first years he could beat almost every team but florida, fla had equal talent and a better coach. but all that has changed, now georgia auburn lsu bama south carolina and florida have better coaches and equal or better players and fulmer has a losing record against ALL of them. along with that arkansas ole miss miss st kentucky and vandy have improved their coaching and vols struggle with teams at one time they dominated. the early fulmer years were very good his won loss record even now makes his overall record good but the trend is going in other direction. but for easy field goals missed in the last 3 games against far weaker opponets kept this year from ending in a disaster. LSU was playing with third string players and got championship because vols choked the end of game. guess we shoulda worked like heck to get better. this years recruiting class tells the same story and if anyoone thinks next years class is going to be better get real...fla ga bama will out recruit vols again. fulmer has literally grown fat and lazy and does't worry because ad administration does not seem to care. just the fans.

fulmer just needs to get off his lazy fat behind and work hared like he did when he first took over the program....making excuses for poor performances year after year is getting old !!!

with all due respect to the colquitt family this is unacceptable. this is not boys being boys, thousands of people are killed and countless lives ruined by DRUNKS who drive. britton got off easy, but for the grace of God ,some family could have been making funeral arrangements today.

when are you people gonna wake up and realize that 'troop' was highly overated, his coaching ability was very average and that is why he only can get dead end jobs like this one (and baylor)
glad he's gone, we dont need anymore 'jumpin and chest bumpin' and need to be rid of these thugs he helped recruit....the program has become an embrassment.

get real General_Fritter you can't be serious, Fulmer and his lack of personal and professional disicipline is WHY ut football has this problem.
He clearly is not working with on the field issues with lack of player devlopment and an almost decade long history of underacheving. one can look at him and tell he is out of control. he is lazy and most of his staff is lazy, and now it shows up off the field with these problems and the terrible recruiting (or lack there of)year. will anyone in administration see this and react. probably not till he has drug the program to the bottom and he is well on the way !!

The solution is simple alright, look for another coach who is willing to work hard and not take the lazy, we're not going to change anything approach. Fulmer has let almost every aspect of the program decline, player devlopment, game adjustments and execution, off the field incidents with thug players he has recruited, but can't get top notch performance from any of them. The recruiting is just the last to go, blaming the negative media is obsured...Fulmer has brought all of this on himself, just growing fat and lazy and is under no pressure from administration to improve things. After he was unable to 'out-recruit' main rivals (who have ALL improved their coaching situations) he has won almost nothing. Since 2000 a few 'east division titles' and a minor bowl game every 3-4 years is all he has to show...when are people going to wake up and realize it has all passed the great pumpkin by !!!

Bruce would never not work hard and I cannot imagine a team he coaches be that out of control on and off the field. So no real fear of the kind of reaction fans have voiced about coach fullmer.
