players get a lot more out of this than you might think.
yeah, it is basically organized pickup, but it is against some other guys who know how to play team ball.
you are well witihn your right to slam it as bS, but personally I think it's great for college bball and the program.

great post. I think Tyler may be able to help Scotty quite a bit. Tyler is now 'a man' while Scotty is still pretty raw.
Both are country kids, so you hope they get along well.
You know last year Bruce really pushed the half-court D?? You would think this year he'll do it even moreso with the depth he has.

let's hope the work ethic rubs off on his teammates. he's got a good point about how the pros handle themselves.

my wife thinks I'm nuts for liking fried baloney sanwichs, haven't had one in 20 some-odd years.
I was alwys patial to mine with mustard.
Another treat: popcorn cooked in a cast aluminum pot (1 tbsp of crisco), salted and butter salt. Gently place a peanut butter sandwich on top of the fresh cooked popcorn, flipping once as you make your way to the TV. You will then enjoy a ligtly-toasted pb sandwish with you popcorn.
Scotty sounds like an okay kid, anybody who fesses up to fried baloney has some cred with me.

I don't need a lecture. my son's car was hit be a drunk driver, and it caught fire. dammit, I'm not saying the kid should go scott-free. what I AM saying is Phil's punishment seems to be one that is desinged to get the most impact on Britton.

always felt bad for hathaway. he was doing well until the blood clot thing.
as for CJ...hard to forget how Ron Slay took a critical shot against UNC, when it shoulda been CJ. Kind of like Ramar instead of Chris against Ohio State.

Yep, figured Brian to hit the weights....he should really do a football workout. With his frams, he can carry the 275, but just imagine if it's muscle.
I agree with what Brian said about Duke. You know the kids really liked him. I don't get the sense Ramar was quite as tight with the team as Duke was.
