All of you fobs who are railing on Adams put a sock in it. He'd obviously had one too many vinegar and waters when he wrote this. No doubt he was simply trying to hydrate himself after a stenuous round of self-imposed midnight windsprints. Here's to you, John, have another vinegar and water on me. You keep writing them we'll keep making fun of them.

"I'm not a bad person, but I made a bad decision . . ."
What a tragedy all the way around. Good for Leonard that he is finally talking about it and asking for forgiveness. It was a terrible thing but who am I to judge. I hope that Leonard and the Gutweiler family can find some peace. What a terrible burden they all bear. We should all say a prayer for the Gutweilers AND Leonard Little.

Since when does Jordan get to speak for Bama? This article is garbage. Stallings and Jordan are all the could find to comment? One comment from Saban that wasn't made specifically for this article? Journalists are slimy. I only wish it was a KNS story so I could use this to bash Adams.

How do you guys find a way to turn this story into Fulmer bashing? Give it a rest. Turn your attention to Adams so we can get more real stories about UT recruits in the off-season instead of this useless drivel.

I believe it's the coaches son. I don't think former Auburn Coach Pat Dye is an agent.

The numbers I found were from the NFL combine I guess. But it doesn't change my point. UT does not take chances on kids that run 4.65 out of high school. Ther result of that is that they will occassionally miss a kid. I'm fine with that. Let Nutt work to develop this kid. I hope he is a star. While that is happening let Chavis continue to sign the types of kids he's signing. The problems we have faced on defense are not relted to lack of talent, speed, or effort at LB. Of course the other point is that the tenor of this article is that UT missed on this kid and that is typical of KNS. We sign a couple of surefire LBs and they write about the one we "missed." Keep up the good work KNS. How about an in depth article on somebody we ARE recruiting. There's a thought.

Patrick Willis was a lot faster than 4.65 in the 40 IIRC.
Yup, just looked it up. Willis ran 4.45. And .2 makes a huge difference.

I hate articles like this. The implication is that we missed out on a kid. Then I look at the numbers. 6-2 and 230. So good so far. 4.65 40? What? Nutt can sign all the 4.65 40 LBs he wants. I don't care how much desire you have or your "game" speed you ain't catching a lot of SEC backs with 4.65 40 times.
Am I the only guy who remembers that LB from Pigeon Forge who's Dad played for UT? We didn't even recruit him and he started at Michigan for 2-3 years. I never remember his name. He was not fast enough for Chavis' system. Sorry to say but that's the case here.
Yawn. How bout a story with this much info regarding a kid we have signed? There's a thought. Maybe Adams and the guys should run midnight windsprints. That'd learn 'em.

You have got to love Bruce. He's got more b-ball talent in Knoxville than enybody since Ray Mears. The future is certainly bright for Vol b-ball.
