Once again, my question is why is Sidney Spencer only getting 5 minutes of PT in a game that went into 2 overtimes.....Maybe she is lacking a little bit on the defensive end, but hey, that lady can throw down a 3 pointer......I think Cooper needs to let her play and work on the defense.....Having her on the bench did not beat the Sparks last night, but not being out there to score didn't help matters...Go Sid, Go CP3, Go Little Bit and Go Lady Vols

Either an exhibition game or maybe the All Star Game......since the majority of the All Stars are going to be former Lady Vols or at least have already played in thompson Bolling......As far as the Dream goes, former Lady Vol Director of Basketball Operations, Danielle Donahew is now in the front office with the Dream.....Maybe that will give Knoxville an "in" to get some kind of game up here.....As far as next Sunday goes, I have to work but believe you me, if possible, I would be at Phillips Arena if at all possible......

Thanks for that info.....I understnad what you are saying, but she was not playing much better defense on the sidelines and the way the Sparks lost the big lead in the 3rd quarter, I don;t think too many others were playing stout defense for them.....
How in the world can the capital of women's basketball NOT have a pro team????

Superb job by the former Lady Vols on the floor last night.....Can anyone, in their infinate wisdom and in less than 50 words, explain to me why Sidney Spencer did not play at all in the 2nd half after scoring 14 points in 11 and a half minutes (including 4 three pointers) in the first half......I kept waiting for Spenc to come back out, but she never did.....She stood tall as a cheerleader on the sidelines though......

What an effort by Candace and the rest of the Lady Vols.......Don't lose hope, the LVs are just TWO wins away from another National Championship.....Interesting comment by Kara Lawson at halftime, when she said that she (Lawson) injured her shoulder earlier in her career and it took a week to get back on the court.....I will give Candace five days.....You have got to KNOW that she will be on the floor at or near 100% Sunday against the Tigerettes........

Sure would have been nice to see more than the first 18 minutes of the game.......Since ESPN2 changed over to the Dook - AZ State game, Knoxville was left in the cold as far as the Lady Vols are concerned....Shouldn't surprise me

I have gone to this "class" for the past 4 years and have enjoyed every minute of it.....Highlights have to be John Ward's comments and Heywood's and Gus Manning's stories I look forward to attending again this year and many years to come........Don and Heywood put on a classy class......
