Work, you are correct. I went back and looked at my posts. I appreciate a poster that takes the time to research the person they respond to. In many circles it is better to be known by who your enemies are rather than who are your friends. Just trying to establish my side of the fence with your posts. And to end I would never try to give real insight as I will leave that up to one such as yourself, TDTN, & Silent_Fulmer as it seems you folks are the only true fans and really seem to know it all. I look forward to your wonderful, skillful and respectful praise of all things Orange. I know that Fidel & Raul would love to have you on their team. Looking forward to your posts in the future and hopefully I can comment on them in a wonderful way like you do on those that disagree with your other world insight.

Workin' It looks like Touchdown beat you to the punch in condeming Fulmer in an article that has nothing to do with him. Thanks for getting the poison started this morning we all need a shot of it to make our day.

Come on folks you should just ask Workinglikeheck, he knows as we all do it's got to be Fulmer's fault. Right Work?

Volgrad - The football program gets no activty fees according to the UTAD. Other sports do. I asked that specific question to the UTAD and that was their response. That's all I can go by. Before I ask I would have agreed with you. But all being said. I have no problem with the students paying a little more. I worked my way through school 40+ years ago and even paying my on bills on the old time minimum wage had money for beer and a good time. So if they want to go pay up. UT total cost is very reasonable even for an out of stater as I was and also my daughter in the 90's

Volgrad, the Football program gets no student activity money on the other programs including mens basketball and sorry about those 8-4 and 9-3 seasons, Brama, but a lot of people would love them. I don't, but that record over a career would make you one of the winningest coaches in football history so I guess in the big picture it's pretty good and better than most but we at UT want nothing but perfection and expect to have it on a no cost to us budget. Oh well I guess we would be unhappy if they hung us with a new rope.

WD you hit it on the head Supply and Demand. We can b+++h about the wins and loses but it comes down to supply and demand. Try for MBL (Losing Cubs for example) and NFL tickets. Sold out win or lose it's supply and demand and will continue to go up until the balance turns to more supply than demand and it will then go the other way, I.E. University of Memphis or Vandy home football tickets or UT basketball tickets (until recently)

Work, you seem to imply that your the boss of the 50 million.
"Actually BOJ, I have a $50 million dollar budget of my own to help forecast and budget for another institution. A ton of universities have a crap load of dead weight on their staffs."
For me 50 or 5 does not make a diffrence but if you are working for a public or private educational institution you already know that it takes an act of "at least a minor god" to get anyone with more than a few years on the payrolls fired. Even though i normally disagree with most of your posts I agree with you lastest. With contracts with buy outs and Union contracts it's very difficult to get out dead weight in private business much less public jobs.

To work, silent and all the others who's entire life is built upon tearing down someone behind the wall of a posting name. Keep them coming, your negative outlook on the world shows that freedom is alive and well in this counrty. I just wish that someone/s can provide to you in person that positive and uplifting feedback that you always bring to these boards. And since you dispise UT so much I know it must be a chore, but a labor of love to spend as much time as you doing on these sites. It takes a great amount of commentment to do so and I'm proud that with your hate of us loyal UT supporters that hang it their with us. Just work like and Phil will give you some love.

Work, I would never try to compare you with F & R just that you would be good on their team. They would still be the masters. But you could spout the line.
On UT men win SEC All-Sports Trophy
