COLUMBIA, S.C. — New South Carolina women’s coach Dawn Staley filled out her staff with the hiring of Angela O’Neal as director of women’s basketball operations.
O’Neal earned a law degree from the University of Tennessee.
O’Neal spent the past year on the NCAA’s enforcement staff. She directed Kentucky’s women’s basketball operations from 2003-07.
With the NCAA, O’Neal investigated allegations and determined if any violations had occurred.
