Tennessee's men drew the No. 8 seed and will host first-round matches of the NCAA tennis championships May 10-11.
The Vols will play Furman at UT's Varsity Courts on May 10, with Virginia Tech meeting Kentucky in the other first-round match.
The winners play May 11 for the right to advance to the main draw round of 16 in Tulsa, Okla.
Tennessee this season has beaten all three teams that will play in Knoxville.
If the Vols advance to the round of 16, No. 9 seed Baylor would be a likely opponent.
Lady Vols Travel: Tennessee's women will play Illinois in a first-round match at Georgia Tech.
Host Georgia Tech, the defending NCAA champion, is the No. 3 seed and faces Alcorn State in the other first-round match in Atlanta.
