STARKVILLE, Miss. – “Mother Nature” interfered with No. 10 Tennessee’s (46-10, 14-9 Southeastern Conference) Sunday plans as heavy rain in the Starkville, Miss., area washed out the series finale with No. 23 Mississippi State (39-17, 12-12 SEC).
UT will return to action next weekend hosting No. 2 Florida at the Lee Softball Stadium in both teams' final regular-season three-game series. First pitch for Sat., May 3rd’s doubleheader is slated for 1 p.m. ET.
